Fs viewer (faststone image viewer) very good opens all raw types inc dng and pef and will convert all to jpeg, limited editing too but I use bibbble or gimp shop for any more. All for windows btw. (If you use very wide angle lenses e.g 16mm Zenitar Rect fish will "straighten " the image)
Yashica FR,FR1,FR2,FX-3,TL-Electro and too many Russsian Lenses
